You may see the Paying Pending error when using the Cash app if your internet connection is unreliable. Ensure that both your mobile data and WiFi are working before you begin your transaction. Do not proceed with the transaction if the findings are inconsistent. When inconsistent results are detected, the app needs to be paused.
